1. Auction Specialist

Location: Furlong, PA
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:

  • Curate and manage auction items, including fine jewelry, antiques, and collectibles.

  • Conduct thorough research and appraisals to determine the value and authenticity of items.

  • Prepare detailed descriptions and high-quality images for auction listings.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both in person and online.

  • Assist in setting up and managing live and online auctions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of jewelry, antiques, and collectibles.

  • Excellent research, appraisal, and cataloging skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with online auction platforms is a plus.

 

2. Marketing Coordinator

Location: Furlong, PA
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote auctions and consignment services.

  • Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and grow our online presence.

  • Coordinate with the design team to create promotional materials.

  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.

  • Assist with event planning and execution for live auctions and special events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.

  • Strong analytical and project management skills.

  • Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with the auction industry is a plus.

3. Customer Service Representative

Location: Furlong, PA
Type: Part-time/Full-time
Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person.

  • Assist customers with inquiries about auction items, bidding processes, and shipping.

  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.

  • Support the auction team with administrative tasks as needed.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of the auction industry is a plus.
