Description
Gucci model 5500 M wristwatch in stainless steel with a silver sunburst dial, black Roman numeral markers, center sweep seconds hand, and a date window at the 3 o'clock position; the dial is signed "GUCCI" and "SWISS MADE." The case back is engraved "5500 M STAINLESS STEEL SWISS MADE WATER RESISTANT" with the Gucci crested-knight logo and a serial number reading approximately 0179037. The fold-over deployant clasp is engraved "GUCCI." The round case measures approximately 34-35mm in diameter excluding the crown (mid-size men's reference) and is fitted on its matching stainless steel bracelet. Condition is used with numerous surface scratches and scuffs to the case, bezel, and crystal, and heavy dark tarnish/grime buildup on the underside of the clasp and bracelet. This is a battery-powered quartz watch; running/working condition.
