Type: Beaded strand necklace with adjustable slider box chain Metal: 14K white gold findings (clasp tag and heart tag stamped K14 WG); beads not metal Marks: K14 | WG | 20.00ctw of diamonds Stones: Black faceted rondelle beads, slightly graduated towards the centre (untested) Setting: Strung Clasp / Closure: Spring ring clasp with stamped tag; white box-chain section with sliding ball stopper and heart-shaped tag Style: Contemporary single-strand choker This single strand is made of closely set black faceted rondelle beads, which grow slightly larger at the centre and catch the light with a metallic glint along their many small facets. The back of the strand is finished with a length of fine white box chain fitted with a sliding ball stopper. The adjustable fit lets it sit high as a choker or fall a little lower at the collarbone. The clasp tag and the small heart tag are both stamped K14 WG, marking them as 14 karat white gold. It is a crisp piece in monochrome, and it pairs easily with both evening dress and day wear.
